At HotLove, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Include all accessories and original packaging.
Hygiene Notice
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate products that have been opened, used, or where the protective seal has been removed, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–14 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
